This is a stencil I spraypainted on the concrete when I was younger. I haven't remembered it for years! But this harmonizes perfectly with my use of flowers as a motif for growth and development. This is still here, in my environment, years after I put it there... Although I didn't remember it, it's a really nice reminder of my smaller self!
Finally, I drew some sketchy leaves that I am going to include in my pattern. They are very simple, to contrast with the complexity of the roses. While life is a complicated journey, sometimes we must stop to appreciate the simple beauties that support the intricate.
