As I'm extensively getting into shadowing more, I feel I'm always struggling and unhappy with the look. I feel I have improved but I still feel I'm not doing it right!

Week 5 – Jackets

PORTFOLIO:

·      Include arrows to point out details

·      Make up style number, season, range

·      Get it bound

·      Black and white

·      Shadowing around outside like on photoshop

·      Heading, info, tech sketch

INFO

·      Product type (skirt)

·      Brand name

·      Make up season number

·      Make up style number

·      Make up name for fabric print. Have a box with print in it.

·      Front side and back labels

·      HAVE A TECH SKETCH WITH A STRIPE

·      Layout should have some continuity

HAND IN

·      White background

·      Student number and name on front

·      Assessment name etc

COMBINED PDF

·      Open Adobe Acrobat Pro

·      File, create

·      Combine files into single PDF

·      Add files

·      Select them

·      Move into order

·      Combine files

·      Save as PDF

TO COPY BRUSHES:

·      In new file go to brushes palette,

·      Go to library

·      Open brush library

·      Other library

TYPE TOOL

·      When laying out, use type tool

·      Draw text box and resize later

·      Change font
